• In "My Account", Click "Apply for Certificate"

• Complete the form and submit it

• The next step is submit the required paper work

• One of our representatives will follow up with you about the process and status.

• Businesses must be at least 51% owned, managed, and controlled by qualified minority group members.

• A qualified Arab member(s) who is (are) U.S. citizen(s) or lawful US residents of at least 25% Middle Eastern or North African nationality.

• For publicly owned businesses, at least 51% of the stock must be owned by one or more qualified Arab nationality members.

• Unrestricted control of the business in legal documents and day-to-day operations

• An Arab holding the highest defined title in the company’s legal documents

There are many benefits to being certified, but certification may not be the best option for every business. If you answer yes to one or more of the questions below, ABE Certification may be the tool you need to boost your business:

• Is your product/service targeted at corporations, retail, and/or government agencies?

• Does your business have the capacity to provide quality service and/or products on large contracts?

• Are you willing to share the details of your business including capital investment, tax returns and compensation records?

• Are you clear that ABE certification is a marketing tool and DOES NOT entitle or guarantee your company will receive corporate, retail, or government contracts?

• A professional membership fee is $100 annually

• For certifications: a non-refundable processing fee for new applications and recertification is based on annual gross revenue as reported on Federal Taxes and is divided into five (5) tiers. Please identify which range your company’s revenues fall within to identify the required fee.
